Google seeks a Technical Operations Manager to oversee Third Party Data Center Facilities in Germany. You will manage vendor-operated data centers, focusing on mechanical and electrical infrastructure reliability, and collaborate with engineering, hardware operations, and network teams.
You will bring 9 years in data center operations and hold an associate-level technical credential. Flexible location options include Hanau or Frankfurt with a competitive package including equity and bonus.

As a part of the Third Party Data Center Operations team, you will provide technical due diligence for site selection, sustains and improves the quality of vendor operated data centers, and mitigates and resolves conflict for critical work risk. In this role, you will focus on reliable operation of the mechanical and electrical infrastructure of data centers, working with the vendor operator for success. You will partner with the Google Data Center Engineering team, Hardware Operations, Network Infrastructure, and third-party data center vendors and operators with a focus on operability, maintainability, and reliability. You will represent the operations organization, and ensure operability, maintainability, and reliability are critical criteria for Google assets.
