CGM is seeking an experienced team lead in software development to drive innovative technical concepts and support a dynamic, agile team. You will analyze requirements across business areas and translate them into solid technical concepts for successful projects.

You will lead and coach development teams, ensuring high-quality output, conduct architecture and code reviews, and proactively identify vulnerabilities with targeted solutions to enhance system performance.

Qualifikationen

• Academic Qualification: You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a reputable university.
• Leadership Experience: Several years in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy and excellent communication abilities.
