Wawa, Inc. in Berlin, Germany is seeking a Team Supervisor (TS) to lead the shift, keep operations on track, and help deliver memorable customer experiences. As the senior on site, you drive execution and make key decisions to keep the store running smoothly.

You will oversee customer inquiries, coordinate with Associates and orders, provide direction and recognition, enforce safety policies, and manage inventory and cash procedures while fostering teamwork and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.

Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.

The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $25.65 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
