avitea Industrieservice GmbH, in the Paderborn area, seeks a permanent Team Leader (m/f/d) Logistics to manage and coordinate the logistics team. You will work closely with customers and project management to keep processes efficient and organized.

You will onboard new colleagues, foster teamwork, and actively drive improvements, setting standards for order, quality and safety within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in logistics, ideally with further qualification as a logistics foreman or similar.
• Several years of logistics experience in industrial, retail, or service environments.
• Initial management experience desirable; willingness to take responsibility and lead people.
• Structured, solution-oriented, hands-on way of working.

Team Leader (m/f/d) Logistics.

What you should bring

• Completed training in logistics, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist, ideally with further training as a logistics foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in logistics - preferably in an industrial, retail or service environment.
• Initial management experience is desirable - the decisive factor is your willingness to take on responsibility and take people with you.
• A practice-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working - you get stuck in, think for yourself and act prudently.
• Confident handling of MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and enjoy working in a team.
