Nordex Group is seeking a Team Lead IT Software Development to guide a team of software engineers and ensure delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable IT applications within a corporate IT environment.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into sustainable solutions, drive architecture and coding standards, and foster performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in CS, engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience in a structured IT environment.
• Strong C#/.NET expertise and system design knowledge.
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus.

As Team Lead IT Software Development (m/f/d), you lead a team of software engineers and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable IT applications. You act as the key interface between business stakeholders and development, translating requirements into sustainable solutions. The Team Lead IT Software Development role combines technical guidance, people leadership, and process improvement within an enterprise IT environment.

YOUR TASKS

• Define and evolve the software development strategy as Team Lead IT Software Development aligned with digital transformation objectives
• Own end-to-end delivery of solutions from requirement clarification through design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical direction on architecture, system design, and implementation using technologies such as C# and .NET
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and quality practices
• Lead and develop a team of software engineers, supporting performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee incident management processes and drive root cause analysis and sustainable resolution strategies

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development within a structured IT environment
• Strong expertise in software development technologies such as C#, .NET, and system design principles
• Experience with Azure environments, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop diverse engineering teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent English skills; additional languages such as German or Spanish are beneficial
