Quantum-Systems GmbH is seeking an Embedded Linux Team Lead to own and shape mission-critical platforms for our airborne systems. You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership of an embedded Linux team and drive long-term stability from concept to deployment.

You will collaborate with product management, hardware and software teams, ensure high code quality, and mentor engineers to advance architectural standards and development processes. Strong English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in embedded Linux development.
• Strong expertise in Linux kernel, device trees, and driver development.
• Experience with build systems such as Yocto or Buildroot.
• Proficient in C/C++ (and shell scripting and Python).
• Experience in technical leadership or senior/lead engineer roles.
• Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of an embedded Linux development team
