Check is a distributed payroll platform that simplifies how businesses pay employees and manage taxes. The role focuses on resolving tax notices end-to-end, speaking with agencies and partners, and serving as the primary contact for notices and tax accounts.

You will collaborate with a distributed team to improve processes and ensure timely resolutions. This position emphasizes strong written and phone communication, comfort with government agencies, and a proactive approach to notice resolution

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll tax, tax operations, compliance, or notice resolution.
• Genuine comfort on the phone with tax agencies and in writing to partners.
• Experience with federal/state/local agencies.
