BPM LLP is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and client advisory services within our Corporate Tax practice. You will lead complex tax engagements, mentor teams, and help shape the future of BPM’s corporate tax offering.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of corporate tax experience, a CPA license with JD or EA, and strong knowledge of federal and multistate tax.

This role is ideal for a seasoned tax professional who enjoys solving complex tax issues, leading client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to the growth and direction of the practice.
As a Director, you will work closely with partners and senior leaders to deliver high-quality federal and state corporate tax services, support business development efforts, and help shape the future of BPM’s corporate tax offering.
Note: Open to candidates nationwide. Those within 45 minutes of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule.

$172,000 - $227,750 a year. The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
