BEAT81, a fitness-tech company in Germany, is looking for a leader to drive Talent Acquisition across the organization in Berlin. You will own end-to-end hiring, build pipelines, and partner with leaders to raise hiring standards.

We value AI-driven sourcing, structured interviews, data-backed decisions, and a passion for diversity. Fluent English is required; German is a plus. Flexible hours and an active, healthy office culture await.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or technology business.
• Proven track record hiring across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Exceptional sourcing skills.
• Early adoption of AI and modern recruiting technologies.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with structured interviewing and evidence-based hiring.
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Fluent English (German a plus).
