OHB SE is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer Lead to drive systems engineering for complex telecom satellite programs from definition to AIV/AIT. You will guide systems engineers, own system requirements, and serve as the main technical interface to project management and customers.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Aerospace and 5+ years of space program experience as System/Technical Lead, with a strong background in telecom satellite systems and end-to-end

• Establish and drive systems engineering processes across SE, ENG, AIT, PA/QA, SCM
• Ensure technical coherence, information flow, and regular project checkpoints
• Support risk assessment, cost control, and system-level budget planning
• Collaborate closely with telecom payload and satellite engineering teams
• Contribute to telecom system studies and platform cost optimization

Your Profile

• Confident in challenging technical baselines and driving corrective actions
• Excellent communication skills; strong team and stakeholder mindset
