Sie legen Anforderungen fest, spezifizieren Tests und verhandeln Spezifikationen mit Kunden und Lieferanten. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im System Engineering, Anforderungsmanagement und Projektleitung sowie tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Lasercom, Elektrotechnik, Optik und Mechanik.

• Projektleitungserfahrung in Entwicklungsprojekten.

• Neu- und Weiterentwicklung des Kommunikationssystems von Laser Communication Terminals.
• Auslegung und Spezifikation der Anforderungen und Tests.
• Verhandlungen von Spezifikationen, Schnittstellen, Dokumentation und Verifikationsansatz mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
• Technische Betreuung und Auswahl der Lieferanten.
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Akquisition von Aufträgen.

Job Description: Tätigkeiten Neu- und Weiterentwicklung des Kommunikationssystems von Laser Communication Terminals Auslegung und Spezifikation der Anforderungen und Tests sowie Beurteilung des Systems und dessen Subsystemen Selbständige Verhandlung der Spezifikationen, Schnittstellen, Dokumentation und des Verifikationsansatzes mit Kunden und Suppliern Technische Betreuung und Auswahl der Lieferanten Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Akquisition von Aufträgen

Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Physik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im System Engineering und Anforderungsmanagement sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten Technische Kenntnisse über aktuelle Lasercom-Produkte sowie interdisziplinäre Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Optik und Mechanik Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent sowie analytisches Denken Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
