United States Digital Space LLC in Berlin is seeking a hands-on Production Planner to translate demand forecasts into efficient production schedules and ensure on-time delivery. You will collaborate with purchasing, operations and other stakeholders to align materials, capacity, and commitments.

The role focuses on maximizing resource utilization, reducing bottlenecks, and maintaining plan accuracy using ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, and Oracle.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on production planning and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in FMCG ideally supplements, cosmetics or wellness.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, and Oracle, and experienced with MPS and MRP processes.

In this position, you will translate demand forecasts into efficient production schedules that align with available capacity, raw material supply, and delivery commitments. Working closely with purchasing, operations, and other key stakeholders, you'll ensure that materials are ready, production flows seamlessly, and customer expectations are met on time and in full. By monitoring performance against plan and making proactive adjustments, you will help drive operational excellence, minimize bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization across the production process.

Your profile

• Must-have: Hands‑on production planning and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 4 years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in FMCG ideally supplements, cosmetics or wellness
• Proven track record of translating plans into efficient production flows that balance operational capacity and material constraints
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Odoo, Tableau, or Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• You are confident working with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, and Oracle, and highly proficient in supply planning and inventory management processes, including MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
