Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall performance.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, monitoring, and contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards across the supply chain and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Lead initiatives to resolve supply chain disruptions and quality issues while working closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Monitor supply chain and quality metrics, forecast demand, report KPIs, and drive ongoing improvement projects.

Requirements:

• University degree in aircraft construction, engineering or supply chain quality
• 2 years experience in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, quality management and supply chain
• Deep understanding of Python and SAP necessary
• Good understanding of KAIZEN, lean management, project management and total quality management
• Strong proficiency in supply chain planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Solid understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles
• Advanced german and business fluent english
