Caterpillar Kiel seeks a Supplier Quality Manager to lead incoming supplier quality for a large engine production facility. You will collaborate across functions, manage CARs/AQEs, and drive zero-defect material flow with suppliers.
The role requires strong German (C1) and English (B2), deep manufacturing knowledge, and a leadership mindset to shape quality processes across the supply chain. Five days in the office are expected.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Manager to join our Large Power Systems team to support Caterpillar large engine production at our Kiel facility.
We are back! This role requires being in the office five days a week. Note - Relocation assistance may be provided to candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
