Zusammenfassung

Harvey Nash is seeking engineers with hands-on PCB and PCBA experience to research and improve manufacturing and testing processes for PCBA products. The role focuses on ensuring quality and reliability across the outsourced supply chain in a permanent onsite capacity.

The ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, IPC A-600/A-610 knowledge, and experience with EMS supplier audits in an intercultural environment. Onsite collaboration is required in Baden-Württemberg.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's, master's, or university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, materials science, physics, or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge of PCBA design, manufacturing, and testing, ideally IPC A-600 and IPC A-610 certified
• Excellent analytical skills in solving technical problems with remote partners
• Experience with supplier development and supplier audits in the EMS sector, ideally VDA 6.3 process auditor
• Strong team spirit and intercultural environment adaptability; self-management, coordination and communication skills

• Development and implementation of strategies for continuous process monitoring of outsourced PCBA manufacturing to ensure high quality
• Drives resolution of technical issues on PCBA level with EMS providers
• Develops, maintains and shares expertise of PCBA-design, PCBA-production and automated test of PCBAs

• Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chain
• Auditing and development of printed circuit board PCBA suppliers in accordance with Advantest's quality and technology requirements
• Development and implementation of strategies for continuous process monitoring of outsourced PCBA manufacturing with the aim of consistently receiving and delivering the highest quality products
• Drives resolution of technical issues on PCBA-level at and with our EMS providers
• Develops, maintains and shares expertise of PCBA-design, PCBA-production and automated test of PCBAs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, master's, or university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, materials science, physics, or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge of PCBA design, manufacturing, and testing, acquired through relevant professional experience; ideally certified IPC A-600 and IPC A-610 specialist
• Excellent analytical skills in solving technical problems, including remotely and with partners
• Experience with supplier development and supplier audits in the EMS sector, ideally certified as process auditor acc. VDA 6.3
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in an intercultural environment, strong self-management, coordination and communication skills
