This position is located at USAG Stuttgart- MWR, Headquarters-Panzer Kaserne, Stuttgart, Germany.

Qualifications:

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• Directly related progressive work experience directing one or more recreations programs that provided knowledge of the goals, principles, methods and techniques of recreation and an understanding of the interest of individuals or groups and managerial experience of the caliber described above.
• Experience must have been equivalent to the next lower pay level.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

1. Possess at least two years of experience supervising multiple community recreation programs, executing large scale events, and coordinating logistics across diverse organizations and partners.
2. Possess at least two years of experience developing and executing recreation budgets (APF/NAF) while analyzing additional data to support program and service management decisions.
3. Possess at least two years of experience leading staff to successfully execute complex recreation operations or special event.
