Zusammenfassung

FORRS is looking for a Working Student in Marketing and Communication in Munich. You will plan, create and publish content for LinkedIn, our website, podcasts, and campaigns while aligning with our brand and the energy/finance topics we serve.

The role includes analyzing performance data, supporting SEO content, maintaining the CRM, assisting sales campaigns, and helping with events. Fluent German/English and design skills with Canva/Adobe CC are valued.

Qualifikationen

• You are currently enrolled at university in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business Administration or a related area.
• Experience designing social media content with a strong sense of design and audience-focused communication.
• First experiences with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) or comparable tools.

Our software solutions around the platform FORRS GRYT consider the full front-to-back value chain of traded instruments, to benefit our clients’ data-sensitive business and leverage and grow their trading business.

The activities that await you in our team for marketing and communication are as varied and diverse as our projects. We are therefore looking for a reliable person with a high sense of responsibility who also brings interest in the financial and energy markets topics that we work on.

• Plan, create, and publish marketing content, including creating textual elements and visuals on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, our website or our podcasts.
• Designing creative and brand-consistent content marketing artefacts in various formats (graphics, animations, text).
• Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategies.
• Support in creating campaigns for our sales pipelines.
• Maintain and develop the CRM platform for business development activities.
• Support in extending and maintaining contents on our website and implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Execute event marketing activities.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled at university and studying in the field of marketing, communications, design, business administration or a related area.
• Experience in designing social media content and with strong sense of design and audience-focused communication.
• First experiences in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) or comparable tools.
• You have relevant knowledge of common Office tools and are proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
• First experience in sales and business development activities. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Very good communication skills and a high extent of proactivity and sense of responsibility
• Content creation skills for video and audio are a plus.
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Availability of more than 6 months.
