Your Profile

• Actively pursuing a degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or production engineering at a top‑tier university.
• Strong analytical skills, able to tackle complex problems.
• First practical experience in production engineering, value analysis or benchmarking is desirable.
• Motivated, committed team player thriving in collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written.

Your Role

Working alongside our consultants, you will provide the basis for strategic decisions, evaluating costs of components, manufacturing processes and product technologies, and supporting forward‑looking developments in both the project office and benchmark center.

• Support cost analyses of technical products and components based on hardware teardowns within benchmark projects.
• Identify and evaluate cost‑reduction potentials with interdisciplinary project teams and manage assigned work packages.
• Perform cost evaluations of technical concepts and solutions for target‑cost determination in early development phases.
• Further develop existing cost‑calculation methods and tools, including research tasks.
• Support all phases of customer meetings – from preparation through participation to follow‑up.
