Zusammenfassung

Da Vinci Engineering GmbH is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Structural Engineer to join our international team in Stuttgart. You will apply mechanical and structural engineering principles to design, analyze, and optimize lightweight architectures and systems.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 3–8 years of experience, proven project leadership, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYS. English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in mechanical and structural engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in project leadership, managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS or similar tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and other simulation tools.
• Good English; German is an advantage for liaison with suppliers and engineers.

• Mechanical & Structural Engineering: Apply mechanical and structural engineering principles to design, analyze, and improve lightweight architecture systems and structures.
• Project Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
• Design & Analysis: Develop detailed engineering designs and perform analysis for mechanical systems, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Quality Management: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring all designs and projects meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and other engineering disciplines to support product development.
• Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and solve engineering challenges related to mechanical and structural systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, design changes, and quality control processes.
