Avaloq's Strategy & Corporate Development team invites a senior strategy professional to shape long-term direction and drive key corporate initiatives. You will work with the executive leadership to define priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and support major business and investment decisions.

This high-visibility role requires strategic insight, commercial judgment, and the ability to move complex initiatives from concept to execution across cross-functional teams in a global setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role.
• Deep understanding of banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic decision support.
• Proven ability to structure complex topics into clear recommendations and drive decision-making with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage executives across functions and geographies.
• High ownership, resilience, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus

• Drive executive-level discussions, prepare Board and Executive Leadership materials, and support strategic decision-making processes
