Your story

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience in retail or customer service, with background in premium, luxury or sports being a plus. - You have an understanding of customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and provide effective solutions. - You possess organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve store processes and customer service levels. - Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. - You are fluent in English and have a conversational level of German.
