Role overview

Join a focused engineering organization building a modern equity management and financial reporting platform for private and public companies. The role centers on designing and shipping scalable systems that automate equity workflows, with open positions across four teams: Core Equity (transaction logic and data model), Reporting (compliance and financial reporting on large datasets), AI Systems (AI agents and AI-assisted workflows), and Tax (end-to-end product capabilities for taxable events). You will partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, primarily based in Zurich and London, to deliver polished experiences in a domain where many incumbents still rely on manual processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, Node.js, MongoDB, Temporal, or GCP/Terraform/Kubernetes (proficiency not required)
• Experience with domain-driven design or complex transactional systems
