Delivery Hero seeks a Staff Product Designer for Logistics and Order Tracking to lead the end-to-end tracking experience across brands. You will own the order tracking product and shape seamless experiences for users and merchants worldwide.

You will work with researchers, PMs, and engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while driving design systems and scalable solutions across platforms.

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Staff Product Designer - (Logistics, Order Tracking) to join the Order Tracking team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Imagine shaping how millions of users track their orders across 70 countries, ensuring a seamless and delightful delivery experience.
This role is key to ensuring our customers enjoy a delightful order tracking experience across multiple brands, including Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa, Glovo, HungerStation, and the rest of the Delivery Hero group of consumer apps.
You will own and shape the order tracking product, ensuring millions of customers worldwide have a seamless delivery experience.

In our Logistics Team, you'll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Our mission in the Customer Product Line design chapter in Logistics is to balance internal users and customers needs, business goals and feasibility in order to build the best-in-class solutions that drive positive business outcomes.

• Don't make me think! - We design the best-in-class and high-impact solutions with usability at its core, considering consistency across the products. We aim to bring trust and efficiency to our internal users in their daily tasks without compromising on the look and feel.
• We help the biz to grow sustainably - We know about the business/product line strategy and OKRs like the back of our hand. That's why, whenever we propose or start a new design initiative, we consider the positive impact that it may cause on the business.
• Our customers and users matter - We are responsible for bringing our users/customers and stakeholders' voices/needs to the table. We do it by research. We care about their satisfaction and consider it in our process.
• Shape the future of order tracking -- This is your opportunity to lead the design efforts in revamping the order tracking experience across Delivery Hero's brands.
• Drive impactful designs -- You will own the end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch, ensuring intuitive, visually compelling, and efficient user experiences. Your designs will enhance usability while aligning with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Leverage data and insights -- You will use data-driven decision-making, incorporating research insights, user feedback, and A/B testing results to refine and optimize the order tracking journey.
• Define and execute strategy -- You will contribute to and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive engagement and improve the overall user experience. Your expertise in design systems will ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Collaborate and Innovate -- researchers, product managers, and engineers, you will co-create seamless experiences that meet both user and business needs. You will facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams and drive innovation.
• Advocate for design excellence -- You will champion best practices in visual design, accessibility, and interaction design, ensuring that every touchpoint is thoughtfully crafted. Your ability to communicate design decisions effectively will help align stakeholders across the organization.
• Be a Leader and mentor -- You will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and user-centricity within the team, inspiring others with your design expertise and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate excels in user-centric design for complex platforms, with strong visual skills and expertise in Figma and design systems. They are strategic thinkers, skilled in workshop facilitation, design metrics, and stakeholder management. A collaborative team player, they communicate effectively and drive alignment. Experience in B2C and animation is a plus.

• Experience and expertise: 5 years as a product designer, skilled in designing complex platforms (app experience essential) and contributing to design systems.
• Design and strategy: Strong visual design skills, user-centric mindset, and strategic thinking, including workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis.
• Tools and communication: Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaboration and bonus Skills: Team player who motivates others; experience in B2C products or animation concepts is a plus.
