We are seeking dedicated BS/MS Nursing graduates who are PRC Registered with at least 7 months of experience in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, or health & medical clinics.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health status.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care.

Compensation and Benefits

• 2,000 to 2,700 Euro salary range before recognition
• 2,800 to 3,500 Euro salary range after recognition
