Staffbase, Berlin-based, is seeking a Staff Engineer in our Data & Analytics team to drive the technical direction of our data platform and analytics capabilities. This hybrid role blends hands-on leadership with people leadership, collaborating with the Director of Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to advance data infrastructure and AI-powered features.

You will mentor a 4-5 person team, shape data architecture, and own core data foundations to enable scalable analytics and AI

• Own and evolve the data infrastructure: data lake, data foundations, semantic layer, and data governance - building a solid base for AI and analytics features.

As a Staff Engineer in our Data & Analytics team, you will drive the technical direction of our data platform and analytics capabilities.
