Language Refinement for Global AI Models — Remote (LATAM)

Are you passionate about languages, writing, and quality evaluation? We are launching an exciting language evaluation project and are looking for Spanish-speaking experts to join our team.

In this role, you will contribute to training AI systems to better understand, generate, and refine language by performing structured evaluation and writing tasks, all from the comfort of your home and on a flexible schedule.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate AI Responses: Review AI-generated responses for accuracy, grammar, and cultural relevance.
• Refine & Rewrite: Identify issues and provide refined, high-quality rewritten responses.
• Prompt Engineering: Create natural prompts and responses in Spanish to improve conversational datasets.
• Collaborate: Work with global teams to help improve AI language models.

Project Details

• Status: ASAP.
• Duration: 4 weeks.
• Commitment: ~20 hours/week with a flexible schedule.
• Job Type: Freelance contract.
• Location: Remote - Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay
• Rate: 30 USD/hour.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional Background: Experience as a teacher is preferred, or a strong background in teaching or writing in Spanish.
• Linguistic Excellence: Excellent written communication skills and high grammatical accuracy.
• Cultural Nuance: Deep familiarity with cultural nuances within the Spanish language.
• Structured Task Proficiency: Comfortable with preference ranking (factuality & locality), prompt-response writing, and grammaticality checks.
• Security Compliance: Ability to perform tasks without the use of VPNs or IP-masking tools to ensure accurate regional verification.
