Amazon Deutschland W4 Transport GmbH is seeking a Sorting Associate (Part-time) in Knüllwald. You will unload, lift, and transport packages, scan and sort items, and operate scanners, handheld printers, and computers. A basic level of German or English is required, with safety and quality standards guiding all tasks.

Expect standing for long periods and lifting up to 15 kg. Shifts include Early, Late and Night with Monday–Saturday workdays; day-night bonuses apply, and Deutschlandticket transit

Sorting Associate (Teilzeit)

Location: DHE3 Amazon Deutschland W4 Transport GmbH, In den Neuwiesen 9, 34593 Knüllwald.

Salary: 16.05€ gross per hour for day time shifts. Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.76€/h gross) and 24 months (calculated 17.73€/h gross). Night Shift: 20,86 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,81 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

• Shifts:
  • Full-time shifts:
    • Early: 05:30 am - 01:00 pm
    • Late: 03:00 pm - 10:30 pm
    • Night: 01:00 am - 10:30 am
  • Part-time shifts:
    • Early: 10:00 am - 14:00 pm
    • Late: 06:00 pm - 10:00 pm
    • Night: 01:00 am - 10:30 am
  • Working week: Monday to Saturday, 5 working days

Transportation: All employees at Amazon receive the Deutschlandticket (worth €63.00 monthly) free of charge. Free shuttle buses are available. See list of bus routes.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading, lifting and transporting products
• Scanning, sorting and diverting packages containing the full range of Amazon's products
• Using technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Speak basic level of German or English language
• Follow our safety first approach and quality and production standards
• Be comfortable on your feet, as you may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift
• Lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Polish, with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines
