We are looking for a bright engineer to help our customers solve complex technical problems across Applied Intuition’s Vehicle OS portfolio. In this role you will work closely with vehicle software and tooling teams at OEMs and Tier 1s to ensure Applied’s solutions deliver maximum impact in advancing customers’ Software-Defined-Vehicle (SDV) strategies and in-cabin user experiences.
Vehicle OS is Applied Intuition’s software platform for SDV. It enables OEMs to modernize their E/E architecture through three interconnected areas: Middleware & architecture Service-oriented, middleware-driven software stacks built on AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform, SOME/IP, and DDS. Helps OEMs migrate from distributed ECU architectures to zonal, centralized compute.
Developer toolchain A code-first toolchain that replaces GUI-bound configuration workflows. Engineers model vehicle behavior in Python, manage changes through pull requests, and validate in virtual ECU environments analogous to what cloud virtual engineering workbenches (e.g., AWS VEW) brought to cloud-native development, but purpose-built for automotive E/E systems.
IVI & in-vehicle infotainment Android Automotive OS (AAOS) based platform, HMI/cluster software, and intelligent in-cabin experiences including Cabin Intelligence (DMS, OMS, voice, occupant interaction).
This role sits at the intersection of all three areas, and the balance will depend on the customer mix.
