RELEX Solutions in Wiesbaden is seeking a driven Solution Consultant (m/f/*) for CPG/Manufacturing to join our team. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to design, configure, and deliver innovative supply chain solutions.

You will leverage the latest technologies, including machine learning, and guide customers through testing, deployment, and value realization with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant academic background in Business/Engineering/SCM/Data Analytics or related fields.
• Several years of professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations with understanding of planning and scheduling challenges.
• Proven data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead testing, QA, training, or user adoption activities with customers.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

We are looking for a Solution Consultant (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. We’re looking for someone with lots of energy who will share our passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers’ supply chains. You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants with plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth. You’ll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions. The role requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.
