• Design end-to-end Data & Analytics architectures aligned with client objectives.
• Lead solution discovery workshops and architecture sessions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Architect cloud-based data platforms, analytical ecosystems, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define architecture blueprints covering data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, security, analytics, and reporting.
• Act as trusted technical advisor to clients providing guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams during implementation.
• Support project delivery by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring architectural consistency.
• Establish and promote standards, reusable assets, and reference architectures.
• Design patterns including lakehouse, data mesh, and cloud-native approaches.
• Participate in presales engagements, including solution scoping and technical proposals.
• Support RFI and RFP responses with architecture design and delivery approaches.
• Present proposed solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Contribute to capability development and knowledge sharing.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to design modern data platforms and act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients. The role is split evenly between hands-on delivery on client projects and presales work — shaping solutions, scoping offers, and helping win new business in the Data, Analytics, and AI space.

Tasks:

• Participate in presales engagements, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal creation.
• Support RFI and RFP responses with architecture design, technical recommendations, and delivery approaches.
• Present proposed solutions to technical and business audiences ranging from project teams to executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to capability development, mentoring initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and Competency Center growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics
• Hands-on expertise across at least 2 Data & Analytics platforms, one of which must be Databricks
• Databricks Professional certification
• Proven data platform design and architecture skills
• Strong client-facing skills — able to lead technical conversations, present solutions, and build trust with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Databricks Architect Champion
• Cloud architect certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with additional platforms such as Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or BigQuery
• Lakehouse, data mesh, and data governance experience
• GenAI / ML solution design experienceStrong SQL and Python skills; familiarity with dbt or similar ELT tooling
• Presales experience — responding to RFPs/RFIs and writing technical proposals
