The role includes designing and maintaining automated GUI tests with Qt Squish, performing manual validation, and collaborating with system engineers and software developers to clarify requirements and reproduce defects.

• analyze system specification and derive verification strategies and test cases
• define, document, and maintain structured test procedures
• plan and execute verification activities
• perform manual test execution to verify and validate functionality, usability, and system behavior
• design, implement, and maintain automated GUI tests using tools such as Qt Squish
• contribute to the continuous improvement of the automated test framework and verification infrastructure & processes
• document test results and provide clear reports on verification status, and identified defects
• work closely with system engineers and software developers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and ensure testability
• support integration testing and regression testing throughout the development lifecycle
