Straumann Group, a global leader in implant dentistry, seeks a Software Test Engineer for a 12-month Berlin contract. You will design and execute manual and automated tests for the Dental CAD Application, working with Product Owners and development teams to ensure quality and performance.

You will own testing activities, participate in design reviews, and communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; or qualification as a Dental Technician combined with at least five years of professional experience working with dental CAD applications or implant surgery planning software.
• Previous professional experience in software testing or related core activities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional proficiency in German is a plus.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to testing strategies and planning across functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify deviations, defects, and system errors, and analyze them in close partnership with development teams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Product Owners and the Scrum Team, discussing progress, sharing status updates, providing feedback, and communicating risks or issues requiring attention.
• Escalate technical issues in a timely and appropriate manner.

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to support the quality, reliability, and performance of our Dental CAD Application.
