Speechify is hiring a Data Software Engineer in Germany to own data collection and ingestion pipelines that support model training. You will partner with scientists to scale quality data while controlling costs and enabling bigger data throughput.

You’ll work in a distributed environment using GCP, Terraform, Python and Bash to build and operate pipelines powering our consumer and enterprise AI products.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industry software development experience.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency with Bash and Python in Linux environments.
• Experience with Docker and IaC concepts; cloud provider preference is GCP.
• Nice-to-have: web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows.

This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work.
