TecAlliance seeks a Software Developer for the Process Solutions Department. You will design, develop, test, and operate high-quality software supporting our global master data platform CIM.

You will work with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications while contributing to reliable team delivery. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with emphasis on cloud-native backend engineering, API design, and IaC.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or similar.
• 2–5 years of software development experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with agentic software development is a plus (Kiro by AWS).

You will join the Process Solutions Department as part of a dedicated team currently consisting of three developers responsible for the design, development, and operation of our central master data platform, CIM (Company Identity Management). The team plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and availability of business-critical master data while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to support global business processes.

As a Software Developer, you will design, develop, test, maintain and operate high-quality software solutions that support our global business. Working closely with Product Owners, and cross-functional teams worldwide, you will deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications while contributing to reliable team delivery, continuous improvement, and the success of our products and services.

The position can be performed on full-time basis, with a workload of 40hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development: Design and create the CIM application together with the Product Owner, Architect and team
• Cloud-Native Backend Engineering: Develop APIs in the AWS cloud, business logic with GO, and database queries for Neo4j with Cypher in an agile environment
• Infrastructure as Code & Deployment Automation: Building and maintaining Terraform and serverless framework deliverables to deploy resources in AWS
• AI-Driven Software Delivery: Steer our agentic software development life cycle
• Quality, Maintainability & Best Practices: Ensure your deliveries are tested, reviewed, documented and maintainable

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• 2-5 years of experience in software development, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with agentic software development, ideally with Kiro by AWS
• Backend development expertise and API design skills; experience with Go is beneficial but not required
• Interest in working with graph databases; knowledge of Neo4j and Cypher is a plus and can be developed on the job
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and Serverless Framework
• Good understanding of REST APIs, SOLID principles, cloud-native architectures, and secure coding practices
• Strong English communication skills for international collaboration
