Zusammenfassung

Qonto in Berlin is seeking a Social Media Working Student to help build our presence across social platforms and in the inbox. You will create copy, design graphics, and produce short-form video content, working with the social media and marketing leads.

You’ll scout creators, support events, manage the community, and own the customer newsletter, coordinating with Growth, Product, and CRM teams. This role is a part-time working student position in Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• Native German with strong English; write copy that resonates with German SMEs.
• Pursuing a Master’s in Marketing, Business, or Communication with 1–2 years left.
• Experience creating content on camera and behind the scenes; capable of filming content.
• Skilled at coordinating across stakeholders; manage cross-team collaboration.

• Create high-impact social content: copy, graphics, and short-form videos.
• Scout creators and customer voices based on reach, niche, and brand fit.
• Support event amplification with pre-, during-, and post-event content and raffles.
• Maintain Qonto’s social presence by monitoring competitors and community interactions.

Join us as a **Social Media** **Working Student** to help Qonto build its presence everywhere our customers engage, on social platforms and in the inbox. You'll create content that captures attention, support the newsletter that keeps hundreds of thousands of SMEs across Germany informed, and work directly with Beate (Social Media) and Daniela (Marketing Manager), under the guidance of Laura Günder, our Head of Marketing Central Europe.
