Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or sensitive content.
Make clear, consistent, and objective decisions based on platform guidelines.
Stay updated with policy changes and moderation practices.
Escalate critical issues to the relevant internal teams.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve moderation processes.
Native or near-native German (C1-C2) and good English communication (B2+).
Comfortable reviewing content that may be sensitive or distressing.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
Able to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools.
Experience in content moderation is a plusbut not required.
