Zusammenfassung

NationsBenefits, a Healthcare Fintech provider, is seeking an SRE/Operations engineer to manage incident response, monitoring, and reliability across global infrastructure.

You will configure dashboards, troubleshoot Kubernetes, write automation in Python, Bash, and PowerShell, and collaborate with DevSecOps and Engineering teams to ensure uptime and compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Ability to communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Experience with SLAs and escalation procedures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD monitoring and automation.
• Knowledge of security practices (DevSecOps).
