AUTO1 Group is expanding its refurbishment team and seeks a Site Manager (f/m/x) to lead the new Production Center’s reconditioning process. You will coordinate mechanics, bodywork, and external partners, ensuring timely, quality repairs and vehicle preparation for Autohero.

You will work closely with logistics and colleagues at the Berlin HQ, driving an open culture and modern working methods to grow a cutting-edge refurbishment operation in Germany.

Our Production department ensures the certified and professional repairs and preparation of our vehicles and, as such, their successful placement on the Autohero platform. As the Site Manager of our new Production Center, you are responsible for the reconditioning process at the Production Center. You are the key connector between our different repair teams (mechanics, bodywork, ...), external partners, and our logistics network and are in close contact with your colleagues at the headquarters in Berlin.
