Reporting to the **Site Servies Manager, EMEA,** the **Site Manager (m/f/d) - Data Centre** will manage various sites across Germany, especially in Frankfurt am Main.**What a typical day looks like:*** Completing the necessary certificates for handover to client and witness testing and associated documentation, as required.* Monitoring the works and providing reports as necessary as to project status.* Efficiently and effectively directing other employees/contractors engaged in works on behalf of the company.* Without compromising quality, health, safety or the environment’ Efficiently manage projects to maximize the profits of the company.* Supervise contractors to ensure their activities are approved and controlled as required;* Review and Manage Sub contractor works making sure there working in line with company requirements;* Target ‘zero harm’ to ultimately eliminate defects, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and pollution;* Communicate performance to promote the benefits of effective risk management;* Be aware of the quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) matters related to the works in hand and communicate and promote QHSE compliance requirements;* Conduct site inductions, weekly toolbox talks, and task briefings as required;* Carry out and record site risk assessments;* Ensure Permit to Work systems are implemented effectively and correctly;* Highlight areas of concern and report to head of site services;* Report near misses and accidents to the company Head of site service;* Monitor the correct completion of site activities;* Help improve engineer’s knowledge and training;* Ensure the safety and welfare of people on site and of other people who may be affected by the works in hand;* Ensure PPE is used correctly and is in good condition;* Attend commissioning meetings.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Proven experience commissioning **LV switchgear, control panels, or modular power systems**(preferably in data centre or critical power environments).* Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and testing procedures.* Excellent knowledge of commissioning standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and single-line diagrams.* Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.* Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities.* Willingness to travel for project assignments.* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a related field.* Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar) preferred.* Solid understanding of QHSE regulations, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.* Eligible to work & travel in the EU.* Full clean and valid german driving license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.* Fluent English and German knowledge both in written and spoken form.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** An exciting global organization, working on projects for many well-known brands across different industries.* Challenging projects within a professional and modern work environment.* A long-term role with many opportunities to learn, grow and develop – we turn jobs into careers.SH107## ## Job CategoryProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
