Responsibilities

• Manage the assembly of customized play concepts and leisure spaces in indoor and mainly outdoor areas and work on their production yourself.
• Plan installation assignments in advance, organize efficient implementation and timely completion on site, including meaningful documentation and evaluation.
• Coordinate the installation team as well as external trades and service providers and ensure that customer projects run smoothly.
• Work closely with our production team to understand and implement individual customer requirements.
• Ensure that our projects meet the highest quality standards.
• Support the planning team as early as the project initiation stage in calculating costs.
• Represent our company to customers with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Develop, plan and realize creative, amazing and child-friendly play concepts for indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Training in the field of wood and several years of professional experience as a carpenter, joiner or similar.
• Leadership experience, organizational skills and solid time management to lead an assembly team of up to 5 fitters.
• Experience in gardening and landscaping, ideally combined with industry-specific calculation skills.
• Safety awareness to comply with the applicable safety standards.
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, both with colleagues and with our customers.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, as well as a valid driving license for industrial trucks and a class B car.
• Sound knowledge of modern IT and initial experience with MS365.
