Zusammenfassung

OPmobility seeks a Site IT Infrastructure Specialist to ensure reliable operations of IT systems at site level. You will work with local users, IT technicians, and central teams to deliver uptime and compliant IT services.

The role includes deploying and maintaining IS/IT solutions, training staff, and driving system rollouts while meeting timelines and budgets in a global mobility environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operational support.
• Experience in Level 2 end-user support and troubleshooting IT incidents.
• Good knowledge of networking (wired and wireless), VMware, Microsoft Server environments, and IT infrastructure operations.
• Familiarity with hardware installation, cabling, and local IT infrastructure setup.
• Understanding of IT security, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting local IT projects, deployments, and system rollouts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on service quality and business continuity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with regional and Group IT teams.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.

• Collaborate with site management, local teams, regional IT, and Group IT to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
