Zusammenfassung

Sandoz in Deutschland sucht am Standort Holzkirchen eine erfahrene IT-Infrastruktur-Fachkraft zur Leitung lokaler Infrastrukturprojekte, Koordination von Anbietern und Optimierung der IT-Services. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld und berichten KPI-gesteuert.

Sie verfügen über mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Projekt- und Vendor-Management, sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten; Deutsch beherrscht du fließend.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Information Systems oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Projekt- und Vendor-Management.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner für alle Infrastrukturthemen am Standort und Eskalationen.
• Lokale Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten nach standardisierten Frameworks.
• Überwachung der Leistung von IT-Services einschließlich LAN, Desktop-Deployment und Druckermanagement.
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit und regulatorischen Standards.
• Koordination von Anbietern und On-Site-Fehlerbehebung.
• Vorantreiben von Serviceverbesserungen und Asset-Refresh-Initiativen.
• Berichterstattung von KPIs an den Regional-/Country Infrastructure Manager.
• Durchführung von Root Cause Analysis (RCA) und Vorfallbehebung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsbereichen zur Abstimmung von Infrastrukturzielen.
• Meldung technischer Beschwerden oder Vorfälle im Zusammenhang mit Sandoz-Produkten innerhalb von 24 Stunden.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Serve as the single point of contact for all site infrastructure issues and escalations
• Lead local implementation of infrastructure projects using standardized frameworks
• Monitor and improve performance of IT services including LAN, desktop deployments, and printer management
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate vendor activities and manage on-site fixes
• Drive continuous service improvement and asset refresh initiatives
• Report KPIs and service metrics to the Regional/Country Infrastructure Manager
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align infrastructure goals with operational need
• Report technical complaints or adverse events related to Sandoz products within 24 hours

Essential Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT strategy, architecture, and operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation Structure & Criteria

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

• Starting pay range: EUR 64,700 - 125,200
• Variable compensation: 10% performance-based bonus
• Additional benefits include: 30 vacation days per year (in full time), 1.200€ vacation payment (in full time), €40/month in capital-forming benefits (in full time), company pension, flex-hybrid working 50% per week in the office, access to our learning & development platforms Skillsoft & Learnlight, Access to our employee share program “OurShare”
