Zusammenfassung

We Love X sucht einen SEO-Manager (m/w/d) zur Betreuung des bestehenden Affiliate-Portfolios und zum Aufbau neuer Seiten. Sie arbeiten eng mit großen Publishern zusammen, um SEO-Initiativen rasch messbare Ergebnisse zu liefern.

Sie bringen umfangreiche SEO-Erfahrung mit, arbeiten fließend Deutsch und Englisch und können datenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen. Ein Startup-Umfeld reizt Sie, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Affiliate-/iGaming-Bereich.

Qualifikationen

• Umfangreiche SEO-Erfahrung mit starker Ausführung sowohl on-page als auch off-page und nachweisliche organische Wachstums-Erfolge.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch, sichere Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern in beiden Sprachen.
• Analytisches Denken und Priorisierung, belegbare datenbasierte Entscheidungen.
• Proaktiv und selbstmotiviert, eigenständig Arbeitsprozesse steuern.
• Gerne arbeiten in einem schnellen, flachen Startup-Umfeld.
• Erfahrung in iGaming oder Affiliate-Marketing ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Umsatzwachstum auf bestehenden Affiliate-Seiten vorantreiben: Langfristige SEO-Strategien entwickeln und On-Page/Off-Page-Arbeit umsetzen.
• Rankings bei wichtigen Money Pages verbessern: Content-Audits durchführen, Intent Mapping anwenden, CTR und SERP-Features optimieren.
• Backlink-Kampagnen führen: Link-Aufbau über Agenturen, Foren und Outreach-Partner realisieren.
• Neue Affiliate-Seiten transpariser und go-live bringen: Keyword-Clustering, Themenmapping und Content-Struktur erstellen; Stakeholder koordinieren.
• Schnell reagieren, wenn sich der Algorithmus ändert: Auswirkungen analysieren und klare Gegenmaßnahmen ableiten.

We're looking for an SEO Manager to get hands-on with our affiliate portfolio and grow it. You'll work directly with some of the biggest publishers in the world, and your work will show up in the numbers - fast.

You’ll work across two areas: driving more revenue out of affiliate sites that are already live, and helping take brand-new sites from a blank page to go-live - keyword clustering, content structure, stakeholder coordination, the whole build. Every Google update, every new market, every publisher conversation is something you’ll get your hands on.

This is what you’ll do

• Drive revenue growth on existing affiliate sites:Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies, and own the on-page and off-page work that moves the needle.
• Improve and maintain rankings on key money pages:Run content audits, apply intent mapping, and improve CTR and SERP feature capture on your highest-value pages.
• Lead backlink campaigns:Build and execute link-building strategies across multiple affiliate sites, working with agencies, forums, and outreach partners to strengthen domain authority.
• Help take new affiliate sites live:Own keyword clustering, topic mapping, and content structure based on market and competitor research, and coordinate with stakeholders to get new sites launched from scratch.
• React fast when the landscape shifts:Assess the impact of Google algorithm updates, figure out what happened and why, and put a clear plan in place to recover traffic - without getting stuck in the noise.

This is what you've got

• Extensive SEO experience, with strong, hands-on expertise in both on-page and off-page work, and a track record of driving organic growth at scale.
• Fluent in German and English, confident in operating with stakeholders in both languages.
• Strong analytical thinking and prioritisation skills - you know what moves the needle and can back your decisions with data.
• Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable owning your workstream without needing to be told what's next.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
• Experience in iGaming or other affiliate marketing industries is a plus.
