We’re looking for a Senior Venture Lead who will own everything from initial insight to global scale and beyond. You will set company strategy, build end-to-end ventures, and lead the charge on massive market expansions and new product lines like Cashback. You move fast, raise the bar for everyone around you, and lead high-ownership, cross-functional teams that transform how the world’s top brands acquire users.

What You'll Do 🎯

This role is for a heavyweight leader who builds the "machine" that builds the ventures:

• Incubate and launch "Unicorn-level" ventures from validated opportunities to live market pilots with signed lighthouse clients and an executive-approved business model.

• Establish the company-wide Venture Operating Model by implementing the governance, funding, and decision frameworks that allow teams to ship milestones without executive escalations.

• Architect high-impact strategic partnerships with flagship advertisers and platforms, integrating partner capabilities into the product experience to elevate our market positioning.

• Build and scale a high-performing venture org by hiring or elevating key leaders, setting extreme quality bars, and coaching managers to deliver outcomes independently.

• Drive business impact and P&L ownership by running recurring reviews, codifying venture playbooks, and using data-driven insights to prioritize high-leverage bets.
