Zusammenfassung

SCAYLE in Hamburg is seeking a Senior UX Designer to craft high-fidelity UI for the Panel, translating complex B2B requirements into intuitive interfaces.

You will drive a data-dense, workflow-heavy design system, collaborate with engineering, and conduct user research with merchants and stakeholders in German and English to shape features and improvements.

Job Description

• You work iteratively on concepts as high-fidelity screen designs, user flows and interactive prototypes, translating complex B2B requirements into outstanding, intuitive UI
• You design data-dense, workflow-heavy interfaces – tables, filters, bulk actions, settings and configuration – and make them feel simple and efficient for professionals who use the Panel all day
• You contribute to and help scale our design system: robust, reusable components with properties, clear patterns and guidelines that keep the Panel consistent as it grows
• You drive a consistent, unified UX/UI across the whole Panel while continuously improving how design flows into implementation – handoff, design tokens, close collaboration with engineering – so great UX ships faster and more reliably
• You conduct user research with merchants and internal stakeholders, shape concepts, hand designs into development and perform design QA
• You combine a customer-centric perspective with strong analytical skills and confidently communicate and present your decisions to stakeholders in both German and English
• You advocate for the user perspective and partner with product management to shape the requirements for new features and improvements
• You enthusiastically share your knowledge about usability, user-centricity and Figma with UX colleagues and product teams, helping to advance our design maturity

Qualifications

• You are a strong designer with a solid understanding of complex product structures, information architecture and user flows
• You have experience designing responsive web applications; experience with data-dense B2B/SaaS or admin interfaces is a strong plus
• You are an absolute Figma expert and know every feature. You don't create designs without applying auto layout, constraints and variables, and you build great animated, interactive prototypes. You have experience building design systems and complex components with properties
• You have a keen eye for typography, layout and detail, and a solid understanding of current design trends and best practices
• Using the possibilities of AI is a key part of your daily workflow. From ideation to building interactive, functional prototypes with AI tools, so you can validate ideas fast and work efficiently
• You possess strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy close collaboration with teams and stakeholders in German and English

Nice To Have

• Experience designing B2B, SaaS or enterprise/back-office products
• Familiarity with the commerce or e-commerce domain
• A technical background or basic understanding of code (e.g. HTML/CSS, component structure) that helps you build prototypes and collaborate closely with engineers
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools – building working, interactive prototypes rather than static mockups
• Understanding of front-end development effort and constraints (component libraries, design tokens) and comfort collaborating closely with engineers
• Experience contributing to or owning a design system at scale
• Experience with branding and visual identity work
