Real Digital in Deutschland sucht eine erfahrene UX-Researcher(in), die qualitative und quantitative Studien plant, durchführt und in unseren Produkten verankert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktmanagern, Designern und Ingenieuren zusammen, übernehmen End-to-End-Verantwortung von Fragestellung bis Empfehlung und nutzen KI-Tools in der Praxis.

Sie tragen dazu bei, Forschungserkenntnisse im Team zu verankern, arbeiten an einem research-repository mit und präsentieren Ergebnisse klar an Stakeholder auf

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in qualitativer und quantitativer Nutzerforschung.
• Kompetenz in UX-Methoden und nutzerzentrierter Produktentwicklung.
• Präsentation von Research-Ergebnissen vor Stakeholdern.

Aufgaben

• Planen und durchführen von Forschungen über das gesamte Spektrum.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagern, Designern und Entwicklern.
• Verantwortung für Projekte von der Fragestellung bis zur Empfehlung.
• Kombinieren qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden und triangulieren Ergebnisse.
• Einsatz von KI-Tools in der täglichen Forschungsarbeit.
• Beiträge zum Forschungs-Repo und Wiederverwendung von Insights.
• Benchmarking von Wettbewerbern und Ableitung von Chancen.
• Durchführung von Workshops und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Erkenntnissen.

Aufgaben

Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

• You plan and run research across the full spectrum, from foundational studies that shape immediate product decisions to strategic work that influences our long-term user experience vision and goals
• You work closely with product managers, product designers and engineers across several product areas and get involved early, while problems are still being defined
• You own your projects end to end: scoping the question, choosing the method, running the study and turning findings into a clear recommendation
• You combine qualitative and quantitative methods (user interviews, usability testing, surveys, unmoderated testing, behavioural and market data) and triangulate them instead of relying on a single source
• You use AI in your daily research work and help shape how our team applies it
• You contribute to our research repository and make insights reusable, so teams can build on what we already know
• You benchmark competitors and triangulate those findings with primary customer research to show where our real opportunities are
• You run workshops, find formats that make insights travel and follow through until your findings have influenced a decision

Profil

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

• You speak German at native or near-native level and English fluently, as the majority of our customer and seller interviews are conducted in German
• You have several years of experience in qualitative and quantitative user research, in-depth expertise in UX methods and a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric agile product development
• You are strong in either qualitative or quantitative research and actively building the other, with a good understanding of statistical methods and analytical thinking
• You know how to conduct research at the different stages of the product development process (generative setting, solution validation or end-to-end)
• You are proactive, enjoy taking ownership of your topics and feel confident presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• You are pragmatic in how you scope your work, balancing speed and depth for the decision at hand, and you already use AI tools in your own practice
• You enjoy working in a small, close-knit team where people share work early, support each other and learn from one another
