Distribusion Technologies is hiring a (Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations, to join the Supply domain in the Integrations team. You will extend functionalities, automate inventory APIs, and own onboarding for new carriers while expanding scope into Asia.

Strong rail expertise and hands-on API experience are required. You will influence strategic decisions, lead process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders including C-level partners.

We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Product Manager, Rail Integrations, to join our Supply domain , more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonising data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scaling our business; therefore, our focus is on innovation and automation.

What you will do:

• Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities
• Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players)
• Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers; establish wider scope throughout Asia
• Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions
• Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting, etc.)
• Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external - C-level)

Who you are:

• MUST HAVE: Rail industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with PICO API, OSDM, or other European rail carrier and transportation industry standards.
• Product Management background: 4+ years of professional experience, with hands-on exposure to the technical side of the product (APIs / data products) - experience with complex products is a plus.
• Stakeholder management: strong track record influencing without direct authority, including at C-level, while comfortably context-switching and showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.
• Management skills: solid grounding across product, process, project, and people management, developed within cross-functional teams.
• Background: technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; fluent in English, both verbal and written.
