Voyfai, a fast-growing Series A startup in Berlin, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology & Product to own hiring across Engineering and Product. This in-house role recruits end-to-end, from kickoff to offer, and partners with technical hiring managers.

You will build pipelines, assess candidates, run structured processes, and close strong hires in a competitive market. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in-house recruiting for Engineering and Product roles.
• Experience across at least two growth stages (Series B+).
• Proven track record hiring software engineers and product managers in Europe.
• Experience hiring AI/ML engineers is a strong plus.
• Competency-based interview process experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; trusted candidate feedback.
• Active use of AI tools for sourcing and assessment.

Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology & Product (m/f/d) to join our TA team and own hiring across Engineering and Product at Voyfai. You will be part of our Talent team and be the go-to recruiter for our technical hiring managers, running searches end-to-end from kick-off to offer.

This is an in-house role with real ownership. You will not be coordinating; you will be recruiting. You will build pipelines, assess candidates, run structured processes, and close strong hires in a competitive market.

What You Will Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles: sourcing, screening, managing the process, and closing

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and run sharp, structured kick-offs

• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for technical profiles, particularly AI and software engineering

• Assess candidates rigorously and give structured, well-reasoned feedback at every stage

• Use AI tools and automation to move faster: sourcing with Juicebox, writing and research with Claude or ChatGPT, candidate insights with AshbyAI, and workflow automation across Notion and other tools

• Contribute to TA process improvements, tooling, and employer brand initiatives

• Work within Ashby and maintain clean, up-to-date pipeline data at all times

What You Bring

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Engineering and Product roles

• Experience across at least two companies, ideally across different growth stages (Series B and Series D+)

• Proven track record hiring software engineers and product managers in competitive European markets

• Experience hiring AI or ML engineers is a strong plus

• Comfort running structured, competency-based interview processes end-to-end

• Sharp written and verbal communication; you write candidate feedback that hiring managers actually trust

• A habit of using AI tools and automation in your daily work, not occasionally but as default. You know how to use Claude, ChatGPT, Juicebox, AshbyAI or similar tools to move faster and do better work

• Berlin-based

• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Bonus If You Have

• Experience at a logistics, freight, or supply chain company

• Worked with Ashby or a similarly modern ATS

• Built or improved recruiting processes from scratch in a scaling team
