Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a client-facing technical professional to partner with enterprise customers, identify automation opportunities, and translate business problems into agent-powered solutions using Beam's Agent OS.

You will scope workflows, engineer prompts, configure integrations, and manage delivery end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment. A track record in prompt engineering and API-driven automation is required.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Deployment Engineer, Customer Engineer, or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to run delivery timelines, manage client expectations, and explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Demonstrated prompt engineering expertise, including systematically writing, testing, and optimizing prompts in production or near-production settings.
• Experience automating real business workflows with AI.
• Solid API knowledge and experience coordinating API-based integrations with external systems.
• Analytical, process-driven thinking and ability to structure messy business workflows into automation approaches.
• AI/ML background or hands-on experience applying AI to business workflows (nice to have).
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (nice to have).
• Ability to complete a case study involving an extraction prompt, project plan, and presentation.
