toast is seeking a senior engineering leader to head a mobile application team delivering a native experience for hospitality operators. You balance hands-on technical guidance with people management, driving rapid iteration and customer-driven feedback in a modern mobile architecture.

You will hire, onboard, and grow engineers, mentor cross-functional teams with product and design, and champion AI-assisted development to raise velocity and quality.
